Centrally located agriturismo with wine bar with panoramic terrace
Farmhouses with a restaurant on the premises are pretty hard to find, so when I came across this one, I was immediately enthusiastic. Especially since the wine bar of the restaurant is equipped with a panoramic terrace! I could imagine myself sitting with a good glass of wine enjoying the beautiful view. I was warmly welcomed by the owners, who are brothers, and the friendly receptionist. After a nice conversation in the restaurant I was given an extensive tour of the agriturismo. The farmhouse is strategically located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Arezzo and Siena. With great views of the rolling Tuscan countryside with olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. The agriturismo consists of a few typical Tuscan stone farmhouses with authentic and wonderfully restored apartments.
The apartments
The agriturismo has a total of 11 apartments, three apartments for 2 people, three apartments for 4 people, three apartments for 6 people and two large apartments for 8 people. All apartments have a private terrace or patio with table, chairs and parasol or pergola, so you can enjoy delicious dinners or breakfast outdoors. Breakfast is included! The apartments are nicely decorated in warm colours, in Tuscan style. The apartments have satellite TV and there is wifi on site.
Restaurant, wine bar and pools
In the garden of the agriturismo are two pools, one of 17x8 meters and one of 20x7 meters. Each apartment has its own pergola with sunbed and beach chairs at one of the two pools. In the welcoming restaurant local specialties are served a few times a week. In the wine bar with panoramic terrace you can enjoy a glass of local wine with tasty snacks like bruschette, a cheese platter and cold meats. You can also enjoy a special breakfast with homemade bread and jam. In good weather this is served outside on the pleasant terrace. On request cooking classes are organized. A fun way to learn to make fresh pasta yourself, for example.

This is a comfortable, quiet agriturismo in the heart of Tuscany. For lovers of nature, culture, good wine and Tuscan cuisine! All this is framed by a beautiful hilly landscape of olive groves and vineyards.
