Agriturismo at Lake Garda with particularly stylish interior

The agriturismo is located 1.500 meters from the lake in the somewhat quieter part of Lake Garda, where the mountains start to become a bit higher. To get to the agriturismo you have to drive up a very narrow little road, winding between the houses. Once above the village, you are at the agriturismo and there’s an amazing view over the lake. There is a large garden with lavender and other herbs and a small forest, also owned by the agriturismo.

The property consists of a number of recently completely renovated farmhouses around a small courtyard. The friendly owner lives there herself with her two sons and a dog and receives its guests with open arms. She has furnished everything herself and to my mind in a particularly atmospheric way. A friend who is a "handy man" has helped her to turn old wood, like the shutters, into new furniture. But there’s no lack of comfort, and where many agriturismos are furnished in a purely functional style, that is certainly not the case here: she has a distinctive style, I’d call it country Chic, and I like it. 

The village is 1 kilometre away and it’s only 4 kilometres to the charming town of Salò. In about half an hour you are in Desenzano and Sirmione, in three quarters in Peschiera del Garda and Verona, with its beautiful centre and ancient arena, is just over an hour away. There are several restaurants in the village,  some right beside the lake (about 10 minutes on foot).

The apartments

In total there are 8 apartments, most with one bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartments are not very big, but functional and cosy. Each apartment has a practical kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and small dishwasher, neatly tucked away in a closet. The apartments on the ground floor have a private garden with table and chairs and two sunbeds. From the gardens you have stunning views of the lake below. All apartments are equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning and a safe.

Pool and breakfast

Right next to the farmhouse is a fenced swimming pool (heated a few degrees by solar panels) with sunbeds. A lovely place to unwind after a day in the bustle of Lake Garda below. There is ample parking.
On request and for a fee it is possible to order a breakfast basket with coffee, cappuccino, bread and organic products such as fruit juice, jam and olive oil.

A homely, child-friendly agriturismo in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. An ideal base to explore the lovely towns around Lake Garda, while staying in the tranquility of the countryside. Please take note of the very narrow access road of approximately 100 metres.
