Small agriturismo with a view of Siena

The Crete Senesi, as the area southeast of Siena is called, is one of the most beautiful regions of Tuscany. A beautiful rolling landscape that changes color every season, with an occasional picturesque village or a herd of grazing sheep. It is also so nice and quiet, even in summer.

The agriturismo, which is a converted farmhouse, is located in the middle of this beautiful landscape. The agriturismo is about 15 km from Siena and in the distance you can see the tower of the famous Piazza del Campo. The famous horse race il Palio is held in this square twice a year (in July and in August).

In the middle of the rolling hills

The small and cozy accommodation has only 5 apartments. It is located on top of a hill, not far from a village and has beautiful views over the Val d'Orcia. Here you are really in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and it is wonderfully quiet. You only occasionally hear a herd of sheep passing by. Yet in less than half an hour you are in the center of charming Siena, where many tourists come in summer. And rightly so, because it is a lovely city with nice terraces, restaurants and small shops. A good supermarket and bakery are only a 5-minute drive away.

Pool, pizza oven and shared BBQ

The agriturismo has a child-friendly and fenced pool, a pizza oven and a shared BBQ. The friendly owners have converted the old farmhouse into a comfortable holiday accommodation and they give you a warm welcome. They are also happy to give you tips for sights, activities and good restaurants in the area.

Luxury spa area, e-bikes and electric car charging station

To complete the services offered, the owners have decided in recent years to do something more: they have created an outdoor spa area with a heated whirlpool with chromotherapy and Finnish sauna. A wellness paradise in the garden among olive trees where you can relax with the song of crickets in the background. And then, to keep up with the times, you will have an area dedicated to electricity: e-bikes can be hired for half or full days and electric cars can be recharged.

5 beautiful, cozy apartments

The agriturismo has five beautiful and charmingly furnished apartments. There is one detached house, two apartments on the first floor and two smaller apartments on the ground floor. Each apartment has its own terrace with table, chairs and pergola. Depending on which apartment you book, you will have a beautiful view of Siena, the Val d'Orcia or the pool from your terrace. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, a good kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. A high chair and a cot are available on request.
