Luxury agriturismo in Tuscany near the sea with pools, restaurant and breakfast

I have seen so many lovely agriturismos in Italy before, but this small holiday village in Tuscany immediately impressed me. Beautifully situated in the hills of Maremma, just 20 minutes from the sea, it has all the ingredients for a wonderful family holiday. You can enjoy the peace and luxury of the agri-resort with your family, your partner or a group of friends. In 20 minutes by car you can reach a lively seaside resort on the Tuscan coast. The agriturismo has a total of 24 apartments and 7 rooms, distributed in six traditional country houses scattered around the property. Agriturismo near the sea in Tuscany

Maremma, the southern part of the Tuscan coast, is highly recommended for sea lovers. Especially around Punta Ala there are wide, long sandy beaches with tall pine trees for some shade in the summer. In the nearby seaside resort, very popular with locals, there are many beach establishments, bars, restaurants, and lovely little markets. I often go to the sea in San Vincenzo or Castiglione della Pescaia, an ancient fishing village with an authentic center. Both are easily accessible from the agriturismo.

Indoor heated pool and 4 outdoor pools

The farmhouses in which the 24 apartments and 7 rooms are located are distributed within the estate and within walking distance of each other. This guarantees the guests' tranquility and privacy, while having all the services of the agriturismo nearby. There are a total of 4 outdoor pools. All fenced and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests can use all the pools. The largest pool is located in a panoramic position under tall pine trees that provide cool shade in summer. There is also a spacious heated indoor pool, where swimming is possible all months of the year.

Agriturismo with breakfast, restaurant and cooking class

The restaurant has a chef with a passion for local Tuscan cuisine. He cooks with ingredients from the farm itself or carefully selected from small farmers in the area. The restaurant is within walking distance of all the accommodations. Once a week and if there is sufficient interest, the chef holds a cooking class. It is possible to focus on the dishes you would like to learn to cook.

It is possible to have breakfast in the agriturismo. Buffet breakfast is served in a separate room equipped with a large terrace where you can eat outside during fine weather.

Bike park and e-bike trails

The agriturismo has an excellent bike park, ideal for mountain bikers of all levels. The park offers a number of well-maintained trails, ranging from challenging off-road routes to more relaxing routes through the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The bike park was designed in cooperation with professional mountain bikers and is a popular destination for both amateur and experienced cyclists. You can also take beautiful rides in the immediate area on road bikes or gravel bikes. At the agriturismo's bike center you can rent mountain bikes, including e-bikes.

Spa & Wellness and large fitness room

The agriturismo's Spa & Wellness offers modern facilities, including saunas, steam baths, indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools. A wide choice of massages and beauty treatments are also available. A perfect place to relax and also ideal for resting after an intense bike tour. There is also a large fitness room, well equipped with modern cardio and strength-training machines, allowing you to continue your workout during your stay.

Yoga in the Tuscan nature

The agriturismo offers excellent yoga options in a peaceful and natural environment. During the season, a yoga class is held once a week in which all guests of the agriturismo can participate. Classes are held indoors and sometimes outdoors, where you can enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Yoga classes can also be offered on a tailored basis (for a fee), with particular attention to relaxation, mindfulness and flexibility, depending on your personal wishes.

Soccer field

The soccer field is a well-maintained grass field with poles and lighting, located in a central position. It is often the meeting place for children and an ideal place for friendly matches between guests.

Country house I - 6 apartments

This centrally located country house has 5 bilocale apartments (with one bedroom) and 1 quadrilocale apartment (with 3 bedrooms for 5 persons). The apartments (from A to F) have a refined Tuscan design and are equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, ceiling fans and WiFi and have a table with chairs in the shared garden.

In this country house next to the restaurant there are trilocale apartments (with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with table and chairs on a shared terrace and garden.
The apartments (G and H) have a refined Tuscan design and are equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, ceiling fans and WiFi.
