Magnificent villa in agriturismo near Florence
This beautifully renovated villa with lovely views belongs to agriturismo 126, which you can also find on my website. The villa is situated 600 metres from that agriturismo, and is completely autonomous. It has a spacious garden and its own pool with a small spa. It took 5 years to renovate the villa, which resulted in a very comfortable house with a well-chosen/stylish mix of modern and authentic elements.
The villa is strategically and quietly located. A 20-minute drive takes you to Florence, but you can also go there by train, as there is a train station nearby. Arezzo, San Gimignano and Siena can be easily visited from the villa, and for shopping fans there is a beautiful designer outlet only 5 minutes away by car.
The Villa
The villa has five double rooms, each with its own bathroom. Three of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed. All of the rooms are on the first floor, and have a beautiful view. The rooms have airco, wifi, a mini bar, satellite TV and a safe. Next to the villa is the former hayloft, in which there are now three double rooms.
Both the villa and the former hayloft can be rented only exclusively, by families or groups.
