This agriturismo in Tuscany, beautifully situated in the hills of Maremma and only 20 minutes from the coast, offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. Whether you come with family, friends or as a couple, you can enjoy luxury and tranquility while being within a short distance of lively seaside resorts on the Tuscan coast. The agriturismo has a total of 24 apartments and 7 rooms, scattered among six traditional country houses on the extensive property. Agriturismo near the Tuscan beach

The southern Tuscan coast in Maremma is a great destination for beach lovers. The wide sandy beaches at Punta Ala, surrounded by tall pines that provide shade, are ideal for hot summer days. Seaside resorts such as Castiglione della Pescaia and San Vincenzo are easily accessible and offer beach bars, cozy restaurants and markets. 

Heated indoor pool and 4 outdoor pools

There are four fenced outdoor pools equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, which everyone is free to use. The largest pool is in a panoramic location surrounded by shady pine trees. There is also a spacious heated indoor pool, where you can swim all year round. 

Restaurant, breakfast service and cooking workshops

The restaurant serves dishes prepared with fresh products from the agriturismo and local farms. The buffet breakfast is served on a spacious terrace, perfect for eating outside in summer, or in the panoramic breakfast room. The chef also offers weekly cooking workshops, ideal for guests who want to learn about the Tuscan cuisine.

Bike park and several trails for e-bikes

The agriturismo has a professional bike park with well-maintained trails for mountain bikers of all levels. Guests can also explore the area on a road bike or gravel bike. Mountain bikes and e-bikes are for rent at the agriturismo's bike center, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. 

Spa & Wellness with spacious fitness room

The Spa & Wellness offers modern facilities such as saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools. Guests can choose from a selection of massages and beauty treatments for complete relaxation. There is also a fitness room with modern equipment so you can stay active during your stay. 

Yoga in the nature

For those who want to relax, weekly yoga classes are offered during the summer season in a peaceful and natural setting. These take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather, overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Personalized yoga sessions, focused on relaxation and mindfulness, are also available upon request. 

Soccer field

In the center of the agriturismo property is a well-maintained lawn, complete with lighting and goal posts. The soccer field is the children's hangout and ideal for friendly matches between guests. 

Two Country Houses - 10 apartments

In two adjacent farmhouses, there are 6 bilocale apartments (each with one bedroom), three trilocale apartments (each with two bedrooms) and a larger four-bedroom apartment for up to eight people. The apartments are tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and offer services such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and access to a shared garden where each apartment has a private seating area.
