Luxury private villa with pool on the borders of Umbria and Marche

The agriturismo consists of a luxurious private villa with pool and wellness area. The friendly owner, the manager of the local bank in the village, lives with his family in another villa on the property.

From the villa, the terrace and the pool you have stunning views of Monte Cucco, a national park on the borders of Umbria and Marche. From the agriturismo it is only 20 minutes to the famous Caves of Frasassi. Highly recommended! Owner Marco is happy to give you tips on what to see and do in the area and on request, guides hiking and mountain bike tours in the  National Park. The village with shops, bars and restaurants is 5 minutes by car.

The villa

The villa was entirely designed by the owner’s wife, who is an architect. There are large windows on the south for a beautiful view of the cornfields of the agriturismo and the surrounding mountains. The sitting room, on the upper floor, has a number of comfortable chairs and a large flat screen TV. The fine kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine and microwave and has a long dining table for group meals. The villa has a total of four charmingly furnished double bedrooms (with double or twin beds) and 2 bathrooms. In the basement is a wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and chromotherapy shower.

Outside there is a large terrace with table and chairs. There is a private pool with parasol, sun beds and a large BBQ.

In high season the villa is only rented as a whole (8 beds). Outside the high season the rooms may also be rented and the villa functions as a bed & breakfast, with the kitchen and living room as communal areas. On request dinner is prepared for the guests.
