Stylish agriturismo with amazing views in Le Marche
Just 10 kilometres from the beaches at Sirolo and Numana and 12 km from Ancona is this newly renovated agriturismo. The farmhouse is on a hill and therefore has stunning views of the nearby town and the distant snow-capped peaks of the Sibillini Mountains. The owners live in the farmhouse next door, approximately 100 metres from the guest house.
The apartments
The agriturismo has 8 apartments. The apartments are all called "bilocale" apartments. That is to say they have one separate bedroom. Two of these apartments can be joined into one large apartment with two bedrooms.
The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette (with two-burner electric stove), a bedroom and a bathroom. All apartments have TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and WIFI.
Pool and restaurant
At the property there is a nice pool and a restaurant with stunning views. The restaurant serves breakfast (included in the rental price) and a few times a week a dinner (on request and with sufficient interest).
In short
This is a beautiful new agriturismo in a strategic location. Castelfidardo, Loreto and Recanati are worth a visit. For those who love nature, the national park "Parco del Conero" is a must. Here you can walk, go horse-riding and mountain-biking. And there are the beautiful white beaches of Numana, Sirolo and Porto Novo.
